Business development executive Dean Jordan serves in the leadership role of President for Moruga, collaborating company-wide to shape overall strategies for success in sales, marketing, planning, and customer service. 

Also a Moruga Co-Founder, Dean provides decades of expertise as a telecommunications industry professional, with a skillset derived from escalating responsibilities in telecommunications sales and management. Dean’s team-building approach has guided turnarounds in sales divisions in multiple companies – at both the team and individual level. Dean excels in facilitating team members to best use resources to serve customers and maximize company profitability.

A compelling relationship builder, Dean uses a collaborative approach for generating ideas from the team and putting those ideas into action. He has been recognized as a top performer in tech sales initiatives, masterfully aligning client needs with the technology required to achieve client goals. Spanning the range of customer needs from security, inventory management, contract management, and expense tracking, to hardware needs and more, Dean strives to understand the evolving role of tech in companies and how to provide full service and crossover capabilities for companies that have gaps, or problem areas, or simply wish to consolidate their needs with one trusted resource.

Dean’s  previous experience includes key internal operations, product development, and sales roles for Venicom, Integra Telecom, Cox Communications, Telesphere Networks Ltd, CenturyLink, WorldCom, AT&T and Pacific Bell. 

Dean has also been a community and youth sports advocate, serving as a baseball and football coach. He enjoys travel, adding that “technology lets you get it all done, wherever you are.”
